After undergoing procedures including enterprise applications, local recommendations, expert reviews, research deliberations, and public announcements on its website, the experience of Guolong Pharmaceutical Group—its comprehensive quality management approach based on green manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients—was recognized as a 2022 Quality Benchmark for Industrial Enterprises in Hebei Province.

The experience of the comprehensive quality management approach for green manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) at Guolong Pharmaceutical is centered on the goal of green API manufacturing. By integrating the company’s specific circumstances, this approach infuses green principles into its comprehensive quality management system. By adopting the comprehensive quality management method for green API manufacturing, Guolong Pharmaceutical has established a green development model for the API industry. Through green design, green production, green testing, continuous improvement, and environmental protection measures, this approach ensures that API products not only meet the green requirements of downstream formulation customers but also take into account environmental protection, thereby helping the company achieve innovative, green, and high-quality development.
