Recently, the National Intellectual Property Administration announced the results of the 2022 evaluation for National Demonstration Enterprises and Leading Enterprises in Intellectual Property. Among them, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was recognized as a National Demonstration Enterprise in Intellectual Property.

Among them, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was recognized as a National Demonstration Enterprise in Intellectual Property.
Cultivating nationally recognized enterprises with intellectual property advantages and demonstration status is a crucial pathway for building leading companies that possess independent intellectual property rights and enjoy international competitive edge. In recent years, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical has focused on establishing innovative enterprises, formulating and implementing an intellectual property strategy, and setting up a relatively comprehensive intellectual property management system. It is reported that Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical currently holds 212 valid patents and 283 trademarks, including 95 domestic invention patents and 6 international invention patents. The company has filed a total of 347 patent applications, of which 192 are invention patents and 16 are international invention patent applications. Over the past three years, the growth rate of invention patent applications has been 327%, and the growth rate of patents granted has been 275%.
Relevant officials from Shijiazhuang Siyao’s intellectual property department stated that being recognized as a National Demonstration Enterprise for Intellectual Property is both an affirmation and a source of motivation for the company’s IP development.
