On October 19, Ma Yujun, Deputy Secretary of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, visited Gaocheng District for a research visit, accompanied by Wang Jinshan, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and District Secretary of the Shijiazhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone, and Cai Yunlong, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and District Mayor.
On October 19, Ma Yujun, Deputy Secretary of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Shijiazhuang, visited Gaocheng District for a research visit, accompanied by Wang Jinshan, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Shijiazhuang Economic and Technological Development Zone and Secretary of the Gaocheng District Party Committee, as well as Cai Yunlong, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and District Mayor. During his visit, he went deep into enterprises such as Guolong Pharmaceutical Group and agricultural science and technology parks to gain firsthand insights into industrial development. He emphasized the need to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, further liberate our minds, strengthen our sense of responsibility, work diligently and with great determination, firmly establish a pioneering mindset, accelerate efforts to address existing functional shortcomings, and strive to take the lead in promoting high-quality development across the city.
Ma Yujun first visited the site of the Guolong Pharmaceutical Specialty Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and Novel Formulation Project at Shijiazhuang No. 4 Pharmaceutical Group. He listened carefully to Qu Jiguang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shijia No. 4 Pharmaceutical Group, who provided information on the company’s project construction, drug research and development, and production. He encouraged the company to continue increasing its R&D investment and intensifying efforts in developing new products, thereby enhancing its technological innovation capabilities and competitiveness.
At the subsequent symposium, Ma Yujun listened to briefings on the economic and social development of Gaocheng District. He pointed out that studying, publicizing, and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party should be regarded as the primary political task for the current and coming period. With a sense of urgency and responsibility—feeling that we cannot afford to sit still, wait any longer, or afford to slow down—we must transform our political enthusiasm for studying, publicizing, and implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress into a powerful driving force for promoting high-quality economic and social development. Through practical actions and tangible achievements, we should ensure that the spirit of the 20th National Congress takes root, flourishes, and bears fruit in our city.
Ma Yujun emphasized that, over the years, Gaocheng District has maintained a clear development strategy and strong momentum, with changes occurring at an astonishing pace. The cadre team is united and positive, working in a highly organized and efficient manner. Epidemic prevention and control efforts have been steady and orderly, and significant achievements have been made in economic and social development.
