On June 14, Yin Weijiang, Vice Mayor of the Cangzhou Municipal Government, visited Cangzhou Lingang Youyi Chemical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Group, to conduct a research visit on the economic performance and safety production of industrial enterprises.
On June 14, Yin Weijiang, Vice Mayor of the Cangzhou Municipal Government, visited Cangzhou Lingang Youyi Chemical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Group, to conduct a research visit on the economic performance and safety production of industrial enterprises. Meng Qingkui, Chairman of Youyi Chemical; Zhu Shujie, Vice Chairman; Wang Zhonghui, General Manager; and Li Guoqiang, Deputy General Manager, accompanied the visit.
At Youyi Chemical, Yin Weijiang took a close look at the company’s economic performance and the implementation of its primary responsibility for safe production since its merger with Shijiazhuang Fourth Pharmaceutical Group earlier this year. He exchanged views with the company’s leaders on aspects such as technological innovation and market expansion, and praised the company’s achievements in pursuing development through innovation and promoting growth via safety. He also put forward specific requirements to address the challenges the company faces in its development.
Yin Weijiang encouraged enterprises to accurately seize market opportunities, remain confident, and ride the momentum to forge ahead. He urged them to intensify efforts in technological upgrades and continuously enhance their economic efficiency and market competitiveness. Enterprises should keep stepping up their innovation in science and technology, continually strengthening their internal driving forces and core competencies, and further expand, strengthen, and optimize their flagship products.
Yin Weijiang emphasized that enterprises must strictly fulfill their principal responsibilities, firmly uphold the red lines and bottom lines for safety and environmental protection, and always prioritize safe production and environmental protection. It is essential to strengthen safety publicity, education, and training, promote the enhancement of safety management capabilities among regulatory personnel and enterprise staff, and effectively solidify the foundation for enterprise development.
Yin Weijiang requested that the Lingang Development Zone adhere to a problem-oriented, goal-oriented, and results-oriented approach, strengthen its awareness of proactive service and targeted assistance, and strictly implement all policies issued by the central government as well as the provincial and municipal authorities aimed at supporting and benefiting enterprises. The zone should go all out to create better and more favorable conditions for enterprise development and use practical measures to help businesses stabilize and achieve full production capacity.
