On the afternoon of April 20, Liu Hao, a member of the Standing Committee of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee and Executive Deputy Mayor, led officials from the Municipal Development and Reform Commission and the Municipal Department for Major Project Development and Services to visit enterprises such as Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group Jiangsu Bosheng Medical New Materials Co., Ltd. in Xinghua City, conducting on-site research and inspections as part of an initiative to deeply engage with major project construction by "delivering services and resolving difficulties."
On the afternoon of April 20, Liu Hao, a member of the Standing Committee of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee and Executive Deputy Mayor, led officials from the Municipal Development and Reform Commission and the Municipal Department for Major Project Development and Services to Xinghua City, where they visited enterprises including Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group Jiangsu Bosheng Medical New Materials Co., Ltd. The purpose of the visit was to carry out in-depth field research and provide targeted services to help resolve difficulties encountered in the construction of major projects. Zhang Luyi, Zhang Guozhen, and Li Ligong, senior executives of Bosheng Company, accompanied the delegation on the visit.
Liu Hao and his delegation conducted an on-site inspection of the construction project for the multi-layer co-extruded film production facility for biological applications at Jiangsu Bosheng Company, a subsidiary of the Group. They obtained detailed information from the company’s leaders regarding the project’s progress and the company’s overall development. They fully praised Bosheng Company’s approach of using innovation to lead the enterprise toward the high end of the industry, and encouraged Bosheng Company to strive to establish a new benchmark for high-quality development in the medical packaging materials sector. During their visit, Liu Hao and his delegation carefully inquired about the practical difficulties encountered during the project’s construction and attentively listened to the company’s development aspirations as well as its suggestions and recommendations.
At the subsequent symposium, Liu Hao responded one by one to the issues that needed coordination and resolution at the municipal level during the project’s advancement.
Liu Hao pointed out that projects are of paramount importance. Faced with the immense pressure of current epidemic prevention and control efforts, we must always adhere to the principle of “projects first, industry as the foundation,” making every possible effort to attract investment and treating project construction as our top priority. We should focus our investment promotion efforts on regions with well-developed manufacturing industries, such as Zhejiang, Shanghai, Dongguan, and the Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou area, creating a “one attraction leads to a cluster” effect—drawing in one company and triggering a wave of related investments. As for the challenges encountered during project construction and policy bottlenecks—including changes in policies related to industrial waste recycling and land-use spatial indicators—the municipal Party committee and municipal government will take the lead in convening meetings for consultation and coordination, providing feedback and results within one week, and doing everything possible to provide robust support for the construction of major projects.
