On March 2, Wu Haixia, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Chemical Engineering at Hebei University of Science and Technology, Shang Zhenhua, Vice Dean, Gao Jinlong, Secretary of the Pharmaceutical Department, and Yuan Miao, Secretary of the Youth League Committee, visited the Group for a research tour and held discussions with the Group on matters related to university-enterprise cooperation.

Tian Pengmei, Assistant to the Group President and General Manager of the Strategic Development Center, warmly welcomed Wu Haixia and her delegation. She provided an overview of the group’s business operations and innovative development efforts, and then invited the college delegation to take a firsthand tour of the company’s exhibition hall and R&D center.
Wu Haixia and Shang Zhenhua introduced the college’s graduate information and the status of its major development. Both sides engaged in an in-depth discussion on establishing a platform for information exchange between the university and enterprises, as well as on jointly building internship and training bases for students.
Wu Haixia stated that this matchmaking event lays the foundation for gaining a deeper understanding of pharmaceutical companies’ talent needs, strengthening ties with these companies, cultivating talents who are well-suited to the development of modern industries, comprehensively enhancing the college’s capacity for talent cultivation, and promoting the joint establishment of industry colleges between the College of Chemical Engineering and pharmaceutical enterprises. It will also help better provide career guidance and services for graduates, injecting new vitality into the college’s future development.
