For a long time, Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical has placed occupational health management at the top of its priorities, comprehensively promoting occupational health education and training, developing emergency response plans for occupational disease hazards and accidents, and continuously enhancing the company’s capacity to prevent and control occupational diseases. The company has revised and improved the responsibility system for occupational disease prevention and control at all levels as well as occupational health management procedures, thereby establishing a standardized, normative, and institutionalized occupational health management system.
