On March 6, the Party Committee of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group issued the “Notice on Launching Party History Study and Education,” outlining plans and arrangements for carrying out Party history study and education throughout the entire group.

On March 6, the Party Committee of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group issued the “Notice on Launching Party History Study and Education,” outlining the deployment and arrangements for carrying out Party history study and education throughout the entire group.

The notice points out that 2021 marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. Launching Party history study and education throughout the Party is a major decision made by the Party Central Committee based on the new historical starting point of the Party’s centenary, taking into account both the strategic overall situation of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the unprecedented global changes unfolding over the past century—aimed at mobilizing the entire Party and the whole nation to confidently devote themselves to the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country. General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech at the mobilization conference for Party history study and education was characterized by its visionary insight, broad perspective, and profound thinking. It profoundly elucidated the significant importance of carrying out Party history study and education, clearly outlined the key priorities and work requirements for this endeavor, and provided a comprehensive mobilization and deployment for Party history study and education. This speech has charted the course and offered fundamental guidance for the Group in effectively conducting Party history study and education.

The notice emphasizes that all levels of the Group must deeply study and implement the important speeches of General Secretary Xi Jinping, conscientiously carry out the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the work requirements of higher-level Party organizations, and steadily advance all tasks related to Party history education. We should educate and guide the vast number of Party members and cadres within the Group to study Party history, gain deep ideological insights, accomplish practical tasks, and open up new prospects. We must highlight the distinctive features of our enterprise, emphasize the integration of learning and practice, focus on benefiting innovation and development, and underscore a sense of responsibility and action. By doing so, we can gain clarity from studying history, strengthen our confidence through historical study, uphold moral integrity inspired by history, and put historical lessons into practice. This will further enhance our “four consciousnesses,” firmly establish our “four self-confidences,” and ensure we “two safeguards.” We must continuously improve our political discernment, political comprehension, and political execution capabilities, and with high spirits, energetically embark on the new journey of the 14th Five-Year Plan, achieving outstanding results in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party.

The notice requires that we strengthen organizational guidance for Party history study and education. The Party Committee of the Group will establish a leading group and working body for Party history study and education, intensifying supervision over all Party branches and subsidiary enterprises. We should adopt effective approaches and methods, clearly define key priorities for each stage of study, and carefully organize specialized study sessions. Leveraging integrated media and various learning platforms, we should carry out diverse thematic activities under the slogan “Study Party History, Strengthen Beliefs, and Follow the Party.” In light of the Group’s actual development needs, we should actively publicize and interpret the significant importance of Party history study and education, ensuring that the thoughts of Party members and cadres are firmly aligned with the spirit of the Party Central Committee. We should also reinforce the summarization and promotion of exemplary experiences, tell the story of Shijiazhuang Four Pharmaceutical Group’s reform and development in an engaging manner, and ensure that the work requirements—“Understand principles through studying history, enhance confidence through studying history, uphold morality through studying history, and put knowledge into practice through studying history; study Party history, gain insight into its ideas, address practical issues, and open up new horizons”—are deeply understood, internalized, and effectively implemented.
