Recently, the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Working Committee for “Two New” Organizations of the Provincial Party Committee held a demonstration training course for secretaries of Party organizations from the province’s top 100 private enterprises in Langfang City. Liu Jiaheng, Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Selection and Appointment Committee of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress, and Feng Shaohui, Secretary of the Langfang Municipal Party Committee, attended the opening ceremony. Shi Jianhui, Party Secretary of the company, also participated in the training.
Recently, the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and the Working Committee for “Two New” Enterprises of the Provincial Party Committee held a demonstration training course for secretaries of Party organizations from the province’s top 100 private enterprises in Langfang City. Liu Jiaheng, Deputy Minister of the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Election and Appointment Committee of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress, and Feng Shaohui, Secretary of the Langfang Municipal Party Committee, attended the opening ceremony. Shi Jianhui, Party Secretary of our company, also participated in the training.
The primary objectives of this training session are to unify the thinking of private entrepreneurs around Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, bolster their confidence in the development of private enterprises by drawing on the guiding principles of the General Secretary’s important instructions, and enhance the quality and capabilities of secretaries of Party organizations in the top 100 private enterprises through specialized knowledge on Party building within these enterprises. During the training, participants were briefed on and studied the General Secretary’s remarks during his inspection of Zhongwang Group in Liaoning, his reply to private entrepreneurs recognized for their contributions to the “Ten Thousand Enterprises Assisting Ten Thousand Villages” initiative, as well as his important speeches and instructions during his visit to Guangdong. Professor Li Zhiyong from North China University of Science and Technology delivered a special lecture on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. In addition, the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee arranged 21 observation sites in Langfang and Cangzhou cities, where trainees were able to learn about and appreciate the distinctive experiences and achievements in Party building across various localities.
The high-quality Party building work of China’s top 100 private enterprises is reflected in placing the Party’s political development at the forefront of Party building efforts, in standardizing and normalizing the construction of Party organizations, in fully leveraging the roles of Party organizations and members, and in setting exemplary and leading examples for surrounding enterprises. Participants in this training course unanimously expressed their commitment to integrating Party leadership into every aspect of corporate governance, adhering to the “dual cultivation” approach, implementing “dual assessments,” promoting standardization, and using high-quality Party building to open a new chapter in enterprise development.
The meeting called for raising our political awareness and fully recognizing the importance and urgency of strengthening Party building within private enterprises. We must firmly uphold the correct political direction, consistently focus on high-quality Party building in private enterprises, enhance the standardization and regularization of Party organizations, and strive to create model sites for Party building. We should highlight the political role of Party organizations, continuously build strong organizational capabilities in Party building within private enterprises, persistently emphasize the effective implementation of the roles of Party organization secretaries, intensify efforts to strengthen the ranks of Party members, create distinctive brands and set exemplary models in Party building, and innovate approaches to publicity and promotion. We must also strengthen supervision, enforce rigorous evaluation, and effectively transmit pressure, thereby fostering a powerful synergy across the province to ensure robust Party building in the top 100 private enterprises.
