Shijiazhuang No. 4 Pharmaceutical Company Selected as One of the First Municipal-Level Training Bases for Highly Skilled Talents

According to a report by the Shijiazhuang Daily, the first batch of municipal-level high-skilled talent training bases and skill master studios in Shijiazhuang City have been announced. Shijiazhuang Siyao Co., Ltd., Shijiazhuang Vocational and Technical College, and Shijiazhuang Jinghua Electronic Industry Co., Ltd. have been designated as municipal-level high-skilled talent training bases; while three studios—Zhang Jianli from Huayao Group, Zhang Zhizhong from Maiteda Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., and Zhang Zhi from CRRC Shijiazhuang Vehicle Co., Ltd.—have been recognized as municipal-level skill master studios.
To deeply implement the High-Skilled Talent Revitalization Plan and further strengthen the cultivation of high-skilled talent, this year the Shijiazhuang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau launched a city-level selection process for the first batch of municipal-level high-skilled talent training bases and skill master studios. The application process began in August of this year, and recently, the bureau conducted an evaluation of the 11 applicant organizations that had applied for high-skilled talent training bases and the 16 applicant organizations that had applied for skill master studios.
To ensure the successful implementation of the first round of selection, the Shijiazhuang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, under the auspices of the Municipal Party Committee’s Talent Task Force, issued documents such as the “Implementation Rules for the Identification and Reward of Newly Established High-Skill Talent Training Bases, Municipal Skill Master Studios, and Full-Time Introduced and Cultivated High-Skill Talents in Shijiazhuang City.” These documents have taken the lead in providing policy support across the province for the establishment of municipal-level high-skill talent training bases and skill master studios. Specifically, newly established high-skill bases and skill master studios will receive financial support of 1.5 million yuan and 100,000 yuan respectively, offering “real money” incentives to encourage and support the development of high-skill talent training bases and skill master studios.
