Recently, Shijiazhuang No.4 Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was successfully selected as a pilot unit for the integrated development of advanced manufacturing and modern service industries at the national level. This selection makes it one of 20 regions and 40 enterprises nationwide designated by the National Development and Reform Commission this year.
In 2019, 15 departments—including the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Cyberspace Administration of China—jointly issued the “Implementation Opinions on Promoting the Deep Integration and Development of Advanced Manufacturing and Modern Service Industries,” clearly stating that by 2025, a number of enterprises, platforms, and demonstration zones will have been established, characterized by vigorous innovation, significant economic benefits, outstanding quality, and remarkable spillover effects. Moreover, enterprises’ investment in productive services will gradually increase, the industrial ecosystem will continue to improve, and the integration of these two sectors will become a crucial support for driving high-quality development of the manufacturing industry. This year, the National Development and Reform Commission once again released the “Notice on Continuing to Carry Out Pilot Work for the Integrated Development of Advanced Manufacturing and Modern Service Industries,” selecting a second batch of pilot enterprises and regions to further promote the mutually reinforcing and symbiotic integration of advanced manufacturing and modern service industries.
