Recently, the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions issued the "Decision on Commending the 2018 Hebei Province May Day Labor Awards and Hebei Province Worker Pioneer Titles." Yin Dianshu, Chief Engineer of the company and Director of the Institute of Pharmaceutical Research, was awarded the "Hebei Province May Day Labor Medal." Having devoted nearly thirty years to the pharmaceutical industry, Yin Dianshu has demonstrated great ambition and bold innovation since joining the company, achieving remarkable scientific and technological breakthroughs. From 2010 to the present, under his leadership, the company has obtained a total of 63 various production approvals. Under his supervision, the company has filed 18 patent applications, participated in two major special projects funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology, and undertaken six science and technology program projects sponsored by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology and the Provincial Development and Reform Commission.

Since joining the company, he has been highly ambitious and boldly innovative, achieving remarkable and impactful results in scientific research and innovation. From 2010 to the present, under his leadership, the company has obtained a total of 63 various production approvals. Under his supervision, the company has filed 18 patent applications, participated in two major special projects funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology, six science and technology program projects sponsored by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, four industrialization projects supported by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and eight science and technology program projects initiated by the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau. Currently, the company is working on more than 90 ongoing projects, with over 50 of these projects currently undergoing application for production approval. He is adept at playing a leading role, guiding his team to relentlessly pursue excellence and high-end development. As a result, the company introduces new products every year, and these new products now contribute over 70% of the company’s total sales profits.
To accelerate the pace of strategic transformation and upgrading, he has actively adjusted the structure and layout of R&D efforts, directing his innovative vision toward areas such as the development of major national innovative drugs. By successively establishing high-end R&D and innovation platforms—including postdoctoral research workstations and academician workstations—he has also actively engaged in close, forward-looking, and practical collaborations with research institutions and universities, continuously enhancing the company’s R&D and innovation capabilities.
