On July 23, Jiangsu Bosheng Medical New Materials Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shiyao Group, signed a strategic cooperation memorandum with Shanghai Lepure Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
Shi Si Yao Group (02005.HK) issued an announcement stating that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangsu Bosheng Medical New Materials Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Lepure Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Party A), signed a strategic cooperation memorandum on July 23, 2021. The two parties agreed to engage in comprehensive cooperation in the research and development, testing, and promotion of biofilms and related products, and to jointly develop biofilm products for both international and domestic markets, striving to maximize win-win collaboration.
It is reported that Jiangsu Bosheng Medical New Materials Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shisi Pharmaceutical Group, will add a new seven-layer biomembrane production line with a width of 1.6 meters. Provided that the product quality and performance meet Party A’s requirements, Party A has agreed to give priority to purchasing products from Jiangsu Bosheng.
