Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Hebei Province issued a notice announcing the release of the “2021 Plan for Key Technological Renovation Projects of Industrial Enterprises in Hebei Province (One Thousand Technological Renovation Projects).” Among them, 15 technological renovation projects of Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Group were selected as key technological renovation projects for industrial enterprises in the province.
Recently, the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice announcing the release of the “2021 Hebei Province Key Technical Renovation Project Plan for Industrial Enterprises (One Thousand Technical Renovation Projects).” Among the selected projects are eight projects, including the “New Pharmaceutical Preparation Production Line Construction Project” by Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.; four projects, including the “New Preparation and Biopharmaceutical Industrial Park Project” by Hebei Guolong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. under Shihua Pharmaceutical Group; and three projects, including the “High-end Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient Innovation Center Project” by Hebei Guangxiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. under Shihua Pharmaceutical Group.
It is reported that in 2021, the province had a total of 1,708 key provincial-level technological transformation projects, with a planned total investment of 437.92 billion yuan. These key provincial-level technological transformation projects focus on five major areas: information intelligence, biopharmaceuticals, new energy, new materials, and energy-saving and environmentally friendly equipment, aiming to accelerate the development of new pillars for the modern industrial sector. The technological transformation projects are centered on high-end, intelligent, green, and service-oriented development directions, and place great emphasis on guiding the manufacturing industry toward high-quality growth.
The “Notice” calls on all departments to strengthen coordination and cooperation, and for each city to step up supervision and dispatch efforts, promptly organizing matchmaking events between government agencies, banks, and enterprises. This is aimed at accelerating the completion, commissioning, and realization of benefits from projects as early as possible, and speeding up the province’s manufacturing sector’s transformation toward high-end, intelligent, and green development.
