Recently, in the annual China’s Top Employers评选 event jointly organized by Zhaopin Recruitment and the Center for Social Survey Research at Peking University, Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. stood out from numerous participating companies thanks to its outstanding performance in the industry and was awarded the title of “2020 China’s Top Employer.”

The “China’s Top Employers of the Year” selection event is jointly organized by Zhaopin.com, the Social Survey Research Center at Peking University, the China Society for Labor Economics, Harvard Business Review, and other partners. It is one of the most authoritative and highly regarded human resources awards in China today. Conducted from an independent and objective standpoint, this award uses professional and scientific surveys and evaluations to identify industry trends in corporate management and human resource management, gain insights into evolving job seeker needs, provide data support for companies developing their employer branding strategies, and promote the widespread adoption of employer branding concepts and best practices. At the same time, it offers job seekers valuable references for identifying “great employers” and “excellent jobs,” thereby enhancing mutual understanding between employers and employees and achieving win-win outcomes for both parties.
This event is themed “Intrinsic Strength—Reshaping the Future.” It takes into account the human resource development trends of enterprises under the pandemic context and involves a comprehensive evaluation of various enterprise indicators. According to available information, a total of 58,658 companies have signed up to participate in the selection process. After a thorough assessment that considers multiple factors—including employer image, organizational management, compensation and benefits, training and development, work environment, and employer culture—the selection committee concluded that Shijiazhuang Sihua Pharmaceutical excels in all aspects, including its organizational structure, growth system, cultural framework, and incentive mechanisms.
