On November 3, the results of the 2019-2020 National Outstanding Entrepreneur Selection, organized by the China Enterprise Confederation and the China Entrepreneurs Association, were announced. It is reported that the National Selection of Outstanding Entrepreneurs is a significant nationwide evaluation initiative organized by the China Enterprise Confederation and the China Entrepreneur Association, held every two years. Since its launch in 2002, this selection has gained widespread social influence, representativeness, and authority.
The purpose of this year’s selection activity is to thoroughly implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the guiding principles and policies adopted since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, optimize the environment for the healthy growth of entrepreneurs, leverage the exemplary and leading role of entrepreneurs, promote, inspire, and protect the entrepreneurial spirit, highlight outstanding entrepreneurial role models, foster a social atmosphere that respects and encourages entrepreneurs to start businesses and pursue innovation, and motivate entrepreneurs at large to devote themselves with greater courage and wisdom to enterprise reform and development, thereby boosting enterprises’ innovative, green, and high-quality development.
