It is reported that this “Double Top 100” list was released by the Hebei Provincial High-Tech Industry Association under the joint guidance of the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and the Provincial Administration for Market Regulation. This marks the third consecutive year that Hebei Province has published the “Double Top 100” list—comprising the Top 100 Leading Enterprises in Strategic Emerging Industries and the Top 100 Innovative Enterprises across the province. Relevant officials stated that regularly publishing the lists of Top 100 Leading Enterprises in Strategic Emerging Industries and Top 100 Innovative Enterprises each year is an innovative measure aimed at fostering and developing strategic emerging industries. It also serves as the best recognition and support for advanced enterprises within the broader context of market-oriented and rule-of-law governance.
According to the introduction, the 100 leading enterprises selected as strategic emerging industry leaders in Hebei Province for 2020 are all top-tier, backbone enterprises in relevant fields of Hebei Province’s strategic emerging industries, playing a crucial supporting role in building a new modern industrial system and achieving high-quality economic development across the province.
