Major: Pharmacy, Biology, Polymer Materials, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Fine Chemicals, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Analysis and Chemistry, Clinical Pharmacy, and related majors.
Job Description:
1. Lead and manage the team, guide the completion of product R&D project analysis, develop project plans, arrange personnel, and oversee the team’s implementation of these plans.
2. Responsible for quality research on new drugs and generic drugs, addressing challenges and various issues encountered by the team during drug research, and actively promoting the smooth progress of projects.
3. Possesses experience in quality research and successful regulatory submissions for innovative drugs, complex injectables (emulsions, microspheres, liposomes), and sustained- and controlled-release formulations.
Job requirements:
1. Doctoral degree (for recent graduates, a relevant major is required).
2. Have more than 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical research; priority will be given to candidates with experience in Class 1 new drug research.
3. Proficient in using databases such as SciFinder and skilled at reading and retrieving English-language literature.
4. Candidates with doctoral degrees and overseas study experience from major pharmaceutical companies in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Nanjing, and other cities will be given priority consideration.
5. Possess a team spirit.
